Site Visit: Our Process

• Initial walk-through to evaluate the site conditions, including subfloor type, condition, and moisture levels.
• Measurement of area to be covered. 
• Subfloor analysis assessing the subfloor for cracks, unevenness, mildew, etc..
• Identify Preparation Requirements: Identifying the needs for underlayments, for soundproofing, and moisture control. 
• Product Discussions: We will discuss your installation expectations, dates of completion, open dates, and special requirements
